Scaling Agile
On my blog I have started to write about Scaling Agile. In a series of posts I will address Agile scaling from different perspectives.
In an introductory post I have made a summary of current approaches. In the following posts I will cover the approaches that I find interesting and what others have written on the subject.
The concluding post will contain a summary of my reflections and questions I like to ask before I scale Agile and while I’m implementing a scaling.
I find a growing need to address Agile Leadership. In a recent blogpost I claim that a new management paradigm is needed. More on that subject will certainly be covered in future posts.
In my training offer I include Management 3.0 classes and recently also a new class called Agilt Ledarskap. That’s Agile Leadership in Swedish. The class is created together with Addalot and will be offered in Malmö, Stockholm and Göteborg starting in May.
