We have had a unique chance to get Tom and Kai Gilb to the Greater Copenhagen area. Come and learn from one of the old giants in the Lean and Agile worlds and his son. Tom Gilb is really the granddaddy of Agile.
Tom Gilb has since the 70ies worked on driving value out of especially large projects and from product development. He has been a consultant for a host of prestigious companies and organizations – always promoting his concept of “Impact Estimation” and iterative delivery called “EVO”.
Tom was born in the USA, but now lives in Oslo, Norway and works with his son Kai, still pushing, pulling, arguing and pleading with people to get them to focus on real value in projects and specifications.
Tom has not always received the recognition he deserves, perhaps because his cure is discipline and hard work, not just a quick fix – so often preferred these days. But many now do recognize himas the grnadfather of the whole Agile movement.
Come and learn how to define criteria for success and how to achieve business objectives at high level with Tom and Kai Gilb.
